Aspen Read

I’m Aspen Read, a 20 year old resident of Joplin, born and raised. Art has always been a hobby and has become more of a passion over the years. I’m thankful for the growing interest of art in this area over the past couple of years!

Sarah Sizemore

At thirty Sarah thought she'd have it together, unfortunately she can't even spell definitely without autocorrect. Aside from that, she uses art to express herself as she has a hard time doing so with confidence. A bit witchy, a bit curvy, and most likely to be spotted with a messy bun while wearing leggings at the market. But what do you expect? She's a mess.

Tony Otero

Tony Otero works as an in-house graphic designer at Allgeier, Martin and Associates, and occasionally does freelance work on the side under the moniker A. M. Otero Creative. He enjoys spending time with his beautiful family, and when time allows, playing drums with Blister Soul. If you talk to him, it's pronounced oh-TARE-oh.

Brad Shipp Oct 2019.jpg

Brad Shipp

I'm an artist that dabbles in a little bit of everything art-related. I work as a graphic artist at Images in Tile by day, and I am a freelancer by night. If I'm not doing something creative, I am spending time with the family/dog or I am tinkering with my hotrod truck.

Ean Weidner

As a child, comic books, ghost stories, and campy VHS movies warped my imagination and gave me a world of ideas that kept me entertained in the middle of nowhere, Kansas. Now as an adult, (in far superior SW Missouri) I spent my free time sketching characters and writing down ideas for stories that I can hopefully work on one day. Here are my creations; tread carefully!

Kearstin Mattox

Ephemeric Relief is the paper collage studio project of Kearstin Mattox, Joplin based artist and interior designer. A background in graphics and lifelong love of art & antiques led to the discovery of a fascination with ephemera - paper goods intended to be enjoyed for a short period of time. She draws inspiration from this very idea, giving found images new life.
