from the ARCHIVE: Thaddeus McFargle comedy video

Thaddeus McFargle and his Joplin Hot Dog Empire

written and directed by Matt Winkfield and Mark N

From the archives, we give you our only Toad historical comedy video so far: the adventures of Thaddeus the pickler, read by our voice actors from a series of ‘found letters’ from the 1800s.

Thaddeus McFargle, one of our long lost area heroes, was a revolutionary concessioner who found joy in the art of the hot dog cannon, fame with Joplin miners, and rivalry from a New York croquet player who wreaked havoc on his unfortunate love life.

While we recommend the video due to the accompanying imagery, this feature is also available in podcast format HERE.
